Speaker 1: Today we're taking a look at a 3LED Beacon Light. This Beacon Light features three LED's and five flash patterns to keep your vehicle visible on the road. It's SAEJ845 Class Two certified and carries an IPX5 rating. Now LED's make great replacements for incandescent lights. They last longer. LED's burn brighter, and they're much more efficient.
With LED's you don't have to worry about replacing bulbs, and you don't have to worry about vernal filaments. The unit contains an amber lens with a black plastic base. Now with this unit you can choose to permanently mount it or temporarily mount it. You can use the three mount holes for permanent mounting. Mounting hardware not included. You also have the magnet right here for temporary mounting.
You can also remove the magnet by removing that center screw and that would expose a threaded connection point for attaching the unit to a one inch threaded pipe. It plugs into a standard accessory power outlet. The plug has two switches built in. The one with the light is the on and off switch, and then the other one allows you to change between the different flash patterns. The unit measures around 10 foot long when we're talking about the power cord. The measurements of this unit, starting with the diameter of the base, it's about six and five eighth's inches.
And then measuring the over height, that gives us a measurement of about six and one quarter inches tall. The magnet itself has a diameter measurement of two and three quarter inches. Again, it contains a total of three diodes or three LED's. Voltage is 12 to 24 volts. Amperage is .47 amps at 12 volts. Now we're gonna go ahead and hook up the power, then we'll cycle through all the flash patterns with the lights on and with the overhead lights off.
So we'll turn it on. So this is flash pattern one, flash pattern two, three, four, and five. Now we'll do that with the lights off. So we have one, two, three, four, and five. That's gonna do it for today's look at the 3LED Beacon Light.
