Hi everybody. My name is Andy with the etrailer.com. And today we're taking a look at this GSI Outdoors Halulite Bottle Cup. With this light weight bottle cup, you can enjoy refreshing beverages while you are at your campsite. Let's take a closer look at this together. Now, this bottle cup is designed to be extremely lightweight, and includes internal graduation markings.

I'm going to try to show that to you there on camera, and you can see those right there, and those are going to help you with easy measuring. You can see the mirror image there stamped on the side of the cup there. And this also features folding veil handles that's going to provide further space saving and convenience for you. This is constructed out of hard anodized aluminum. So it's going to be lightweight, but it's going to be very sturdy, and it is nestable with one liter microlight water bottles.

Those are sold separately, or the 110 gram gas containers, also sold separately. And the capacity of this cop is going to be 14 fluid ounces, and the weight again, very lightweight is 2 ounces. And let me pull out my ruler here to give you some other measurements. The overall diameter we are sitting a right at about 3 1/8 inches across, and the overall height we are sitting right at about 3 5/8 inches tall. And if you open up these handles, I'm just going to measure from the cup to the outermost part of the handles.

We're sitting right at about an inch and a half how far those handles stick out from the cup. And once these handles are pushed into the cup, I don't think they're going to come out by themselves. So they seem to stay against the cup pretty well, even if you get the cup of shakes. So that's nice to know, and then they easily fold out for use. Now, it is important to know that this cup is not intended for use with hot beverages because of the conductive rim of the material.

The rim of the cup can become hot and possibly cause burns to sensitive skin. So this is intended for use with cold beverages or beverages such as at room temperature, but, not hot beverages. And prior to initial use, it's important to wash this out with hot water and mild detergent. Use only non-abrasive cloth and cleaners, and always allow to dry completely before storing, and don't microwave this or using a dishwasher as it may age the components prematurely.
