The Husky Shield guards included in this kit offer superior protection from bug stains and paint chips. They ensure that your paint job will remain unaffected by debris, providing a durable barrier between the surface of your car and all the bugs, rocks and rubbish that head your way.

Door-Edge Guards

The included door guards install on the outer edges of your car doors. While the film can't prevent that dent you might get from swinging your door into a barrier, it can guard against the minor scuffs, scratches and dings that occur from everyday wear.

Installation

Note: It is recommended that you thoroughly wash your car before beginning the installation process so that no dirt or debris will be trapped beneath the shields.

All the included pieces are pre-cut for a custom fit. Installation requires the Husky Shield installation kit (HL07999 - sold separately). The kit includes a solution that should be sprayed onto your vehicle to make positioning the self-adhesive protectors quick and easy. Once you have the protectors in place, carefully work out any bubbles with the squeegee included in the installation kit, and let the film set.
