Today, we're going to be taking look at the Round Hot Spot Mirror from Cipa. This is a convenient stick on application. It's got the adhesive backing. It's designed to fit most vehicles. The mirror is going to increase visibility, especially in blind spots, which is going to make it easier to pass, and change lanes, as well as parking. This is designed for wide angle viewing. It's made from all weather resistant materials.
I'll take a measure of the diameter real quick. We can see that it's going to give a diameter of about 2 inches. Hot Spot mirrors can be placed anywhere you wish, but they are typically placed on the bottom, outside, corner of OE, or vehicle mirror. It's recommended that you place a small piece of folded tape on the back of the Hot Spot mirror. Stick it on to your mirror where you think you might want it. Then, sit in your car, and look through the Hot Spot.
That way, you can simply adjuster the placement of the Hot Spot mirror until it suits yours needs. When you're ready to permanently attach it, peel off the folded tape, peel off the adhesive backing, and stick it to nice, clean, surface. Please note that it's always a good idea to clean the mounting surface thoroughly with an alcohol based cleaner, or a glass cleaner, before installing the Hot Spot Mirror. The mirrors work as they are supposed to, however they are a little small for use in parallel parking to see where your wheel is.
