Hi everyone. It's Evangeline here at etrailer. And today we'll be taking a look at our performance tool foot pump with a hundred PSI gauge here at etrailer. So this is an affordable foot pump. It comes with its own gauge that we can tell how much air pressure you have in whatever you're inflating. While it does have a couple of different valve adapters, I think it works best for if you have a lot of sports balls that you need to regularly inflate or if you have bicycle tires that you need to inflate as well.

So included with your pump is going to be three valve adapters. So you typically have four valves. One will be your Schrader valve, which is right on the pump itself. And then you have adapters that fit right into it. So you have your thin needle adapter.

You have your technically your Presta valve adapter. And then you also have this longer plastic adapter, which is ideal for your inflatable let's say like pool toys or like your beach balls, things like that. So let's take a look at the process for using these adapters. So we have our volleyball right here and you can see it's kind of deflated. So we'll use this as an example for how to use our valve adapters.

So we have our needle and we're gonna fit this right in here. First, we're gonna have this in the open position, so that's gonna be straight out horizontal, just pop that adapter in and then tighten it down by pressing this lever. So that secures our needle, and in our case, we're gonna use, moisten this this first before we pump up the ball. Just pop that in there, into the ball and then step on the pump to inflate it. So we have our gauge right over here, and the ball needs to be pumped up to six or eight PSI.

So we're gonna keep pumping until that rises to that air pressure. And now our ball is fully inflated. We have a good amount of pressure right in this. We're gonna pop this right out and just like that we're done. While this technically does have a gauge, what I noticed is it's not as sensitive as our other bike pumps that we have out here and sometimes it just doesn't work. So even when we had our other soccer ball fully inflated, we didn't see the actual needle move until we moved it to another one, so it's not as reliable as let's say our other performance tool foot pump right here, which was very sensitive when it came to its gauge readings. So that's just something to think about. It will still inflate your inflatables, but you may not be able to get an accurate measurement all the time. So this is what it looks like when it's ready to go and ready to inflate. So notice how it is a foot lever operated pump, but the cord is only 19-inches long. So that means if you have your bike or if you have your ball, which was right over there, this will limit how much stretch you have. If you want to hold it in your hands, you are going to have to crouch as you inflate that inflatable. The foot lever has a rubber material on top, which adds a little bit of grip to the lever itself. Now it is on the smaller side, especially compared to our other foot pump here. Notice how we have more surface area to step on compared to this smaller one. Now, the pros of this design though, is that you do get more grip and it is lighter. But if you have say larger feet or you're not as careful, you may accidentally step on the lever itself or the pump itself if you get off balance. And when you're ready to store your foot pump, you just press it down and then you use this latch to secure it. And just like that, you can store this in your garage, in your car or wherever you need it. So my personal thoughts about this foot pump is it's definitely an affordable option. It works great if you just need something really quick and technically easy to use to inflate all of your sports balls. Let's say you're at a game and you have a bunch of balls that you need to inflate, this will work great with that. Now it is made of steel, but even on our flat surface here, we do see some movement. So don't expect too much when it comes to accurate gauge readings, as well as durability during use. But all in all, nice, quick, easy solution for if you have deflated balls or deflated bicycle tires. And that was a look here at our performance tool foot pump with a hundred PSI here at etrailer..
