Video Transcript for Review of Coghlans Air Pump - Electric Air Pump - CG27FV

Hi, everyone. It's Evangeline here at etrailer. And today, we'll be taking a look at our Coghlan's electric air pump. So, this is designed to inflate and to deflate your large volume inflatables. It is a 110 as well as a 120 volt pump, which means that this fits into most of your wall outlets. Now, if you do have your large volume inflatables, those are going to be your air mattresses, your pool toys, your beach toys, or even your inflatable kayaks.

It is not designed to work with your high pressure items. So, those are gonna be like your footballs, or your soccer balls, or even your bicycle tires because those require a little bit more of a high pressure pump. Now, you would know if it's a high pressure or a large volume inflatable because of the ball, valve that will be used with it. So, we have three larger valves and these are designed for your different inflatables. So, you have these two right here.

I usually use these two with your larger air mattresses just because they have a larger opening. And this small one is usually designed for your beach toys. So, we'll take some quick measurements here just to give you an idea if this is going to work with your inflatable. So, for this larger one, we have an opening that is 3/4 inches wide. And then for your medium one or your middle one, we have an opening that is 9/16 inches wide.

And then we have this valve with an opening that fits right into, let's say, the valve of your beach ball. Now, let's talk about the cord length. So, the cord right over here, from the pump itself, all the way to the plug is about 65 inches long. So, that's going to be five feet and five inches. Just something to remember when you do plug this into your wall, you have about five feet of length to get to your air mattress, so just make sure you have enough room for that.

Again, you can inflate and deflate with this pump. I actually really like the deflate function. That's going to be right over here in the center, while the inflate is right over here at the end of the pump as you can see. So, when we are ready to go and you're ready to pack up your inflatables, you just move it over to deflate valve and that's gonna suck out the air, kind of like a vacuum. In fact, when I do have it on a deflate function, that's when I start rolling up and folding up my air mattress. So, that works as it does push the air out, you do get more space to fold it into, so this does save you on time as well as space. So, that there was a very quick look here at our Coghlan's electric air pump. I hope this helped you out. My name is Evangeline and have a good day..
