These brake assemblies were the perfect choice, replacing all parts with one new assembly vs trying to replace components. Fit extremely well to my 1996 Tennessee trailer. I highly recommend this approach. The quality and functionality wa just right.1767751

After buying from Amazon, I got smart and went back to etrailer. I had bought 2 set brakes from Amazon and 2 brake lines from Orielly's. Bad move. Brakes were fine, but the lines stripped when trying to put into new brakes.. Had to put original back into one and used the new brake and lines from etrailer for the other side. Worked like a charm.....

The mounting studs are extremely short that they can't even mount with the lock washers. It would be nice if you guys could put some longer studs in it.1736989

Okay, but if you look at what I ordered, it was both sides. One came but the other hasn't yet. Weren't both the left and right shipped together as a pair as ordered?1772792

The parts were the correct brake kit that I needed and was nice to just have to put them on and not rebuild the backing brake plate. I think it is the only way to go when fixing your trailer brakes and I would recommended them to any one. It would have been way more expensive to fix it any other way.1682753

This went into a 30 year old boat trailer. Lost a grease seal and coated the brakes. I wanted to replace everything. I wish I would of bought the hardware with brakes. Would of saved me a 60 mile round trip. Everything went together easy.1236173

One was off center some. One had a bolt on the back keeping the assembly from flush to the axel plate. I had to cut part of the edge of the bolt to fit. The off center may not have a serious effect on braking. I got them to work and they were only $10 more than the shoes I was going to put one and got all new braking system.1313568

This product made a huge difference on my boat trailer. The pressed studs are good and "bad" on my opinion. The set I replaced had a standard nut and bolt to attached the assembly. The studs are great, but forced me to use a wrench instead of impact to tighten the nuts on because there isnt enough clearance on my application for a socket. Installed fairly easy and there is a noticable difference in stopping ability. To be fair, the set a relaxed had no braking material and was simply metal to metal. I would def purchase again if needed. Great customer service as well. I got an email to let me know the product shipped, and something I havent experienced before, I also received an email from someone to let me know the parts were delivered!666432
