I have an "experienced" Yakima rack system with an original basket case, lockjaw rack and tandem rack...more experienced than the average Yakima employee these days and while Yakima tried to help their website is pretty crummy and the customer service staff don't recognize the older products. Etrailer on the other hand has a great website, I found all the little things I needed to refurbish my components and the shipping is super-fast and very reasonable. I ordered bolts, hex keys and components for my railgrab towers and my system is good as new.

Can't recommend them highly enough.

etrailer always has just the replacement and/or modifications parts I am looking for. Used these along with the Replacement 5/16" Hex Key Set for Yakima Roof Mounted Bike Carriers to make installing and removing my Raptor bike racks easier.

Yakima makes a good quality product which always works as advertised. etrailer.com has one of the largest inventory of Yakima parts that I have ever seen. If etrailer doesn't have it Yakima doesn't make it. Got good on line help.

Replacement Hardware For Yakima BasketCase
I did some looking around and we do offer the Replacement 5/16" Hex Key Set for Yakima Roof Mounted Bike Carriers # Y8810041 and the Yakima Replacement 5/16" x 2-1/4" Bolt Package # Y8880010 which will give you four bolts and four wing nuts, but not the square washer. Your best bet is to purchase the Replacement Hardware for Yakima BasketCase Roof Rack # Y8870043 which will include everything you need.

How to Carry a Trike on a 2007 Chevy HHR
We do have some trike carriers that would likely work with your trike but the issue is the hitch. The trailer hitches for the 2007 Chevy HHR are all Class I hitches and the 2 carriers are designed for Class II or Class III hitches. The only way to carry the trike would be on the roof and it requires a little creativity. You would start with a roof rack such as the Thule rack using parts # TH712100 and # TH710401. Then you would need the Yakima Boa, # Y02065. that takes care of 2 wheels...
