I ordered several parts to complete a Yakima roof top carrier. In every case the parts were available from etrailer. The parts were easy to find and they arrived in just 3 days.
So the rubber washers wear out and/or disappear, I was pleased that etrailer could provide the these repacement parts for a discontinued Yakima rack system that was a significant investment when first purchased. It would be even better if they sold just the rubber washers.
I have an old Yakima rack and didn't want to spend $300 or more. I was missing just one part after several years and couldn't believe etrailer had it. Ordered 2 just in case and it arrived quickly. First time I used etrailer and I'm sure I will use them again.
Exactly what I needed to fix my set of Yakima Q-Towers. Good price! Glad I didn't have to throw the whole set up away.
Pretty straight forward part so reviewing the part isn't necessary. The best part was the turnaround time. etrailer did a good job getting it out of the warehouse/in transit quickly and it arrive in advance of their suggested ETA.
