I have the bumper you need! Unfortunately, I confirmed with Westin that the Westin Fey Diamondstep Rear Bumper - Chrome Plated Steel # 73000 does not fit your 1984 Chevy K10. However, we have the exact same model in chrome plated steel that does fit. I did confirm with Westin that this model only fits for fleetside models.
