Replacement Key for Thule Racks and Carriers - N033

I had misplaced the key to our roof rack and needed to turn it in but wanted to keep the roof rack for the next vehicle. The dealer said if I couldn't get it off they couldn't either. etrailer.com was able to confirm what model I had and overnight the key to me so I was able to turn in the car on time and move the rack to the new car.445674

I bought this hoping it would fit a Y002 branded lock cylinder on a Harbor Freight universal roof crossbar. It did not. No fault of the seller, I knew it was a gamble. There is obviously more than one brand of lock cylinder with the Y002 designation.1742087

The movers had departed and we were packing the SUV with personal items and getting ready to attach the Thule to the roof rack to depart in 2 days. "Oh no!" The movers packed the box with all of the keys in it!
