This seat adapter allows you to move a RideAlong bike seat back so it fits behind low bike saddles on some women's bikes or other bikes with 13" or smaller frames. The adapter replaces your existing Thule RideAlong bike seat mounting posts.

Use this seat adapter to safely mount your Thule RideAlong or RideAlong Lite child bike seat on a bike with a low seat. If your bike frame is 13" or smaller, you may require this adapter to use a RideAlong bike seat. Also, some women's bikes and beach cruiser bikes have low bike seats that can interfere with the fit of a Thule RideAlong bike seat.
Just remove the existing mounting posts and seat base and insert this seat adapter at the base of your child bike seat. Slide it forward until the adapter's base is flush with the seat bottom and then secure it with the clip. The longer posts allow you to move the bike seat back 1" to 2" so it fits safely behind your bike saddle.

I purchased the Thule RideAlong from Thule thinking it would fit perfectly on the very first installation. I didn't take in to account the low slung saddle of my beach cruiser though. I quickly found the Low Saddle Adaptor on the Thule site but even more quickly realized they didn't have it for sale. Enter eTrailer.
Not only did eTrailer have the product I needed but they had it for a few bucks less without ridiculous shipping charges. I received the product in a matter of days and was off and riding in no time with the RideAlong properly elevated and my daughter giggling from behind!

Received item a week after ordering & it was just what we needed. I have a Haro mountain bike with 29” wheels and this part allowed the Thule baby seat to have more than enough clearance off of my rear wheel. Thanks etrailer!!
