Hi everybody. Andy here with etrailer.com. And today, we're gonna take a brief look at this Superwinch cable hook stopper for recovery winches. Now, this cable stopper for your recovery winch is going to prevent damage and rattle caused by the rope hook hitting against the fairlead. It also prevents the motor from winding the rope in too far. This stopper connects around the rope.
And once you have this stopper around your rope, you will just use this included hardware that you see here to secure this stopper around your rope. Now, this stopper is compatible with wire and synthetic ropes. And just to give you an idea of the size, let me pull out my ruler here. The overall diameter of the stopper, we're sitting right at 2 1/2 inches. And then the overall thickness, we are sitting right at an inch.
And this is going to work with winch ropes that are 5/16 of an inch to half inch in diameter. So, that's gonna conclude our look today. By the way, it does also come with instructions. And I do hope that this was helpful for you. Again, my name is Andy.
