Hello, neighbors. Steve here with etrailer.com. Today we're looking at these grab handles for the Rhino-Rack Pioneer Platforms. Now, folks, these are made from a nice durable cast aluminum and they're rated at 265 pounds of load capacity, and they do mount quick and easily into the preferred position on your Rhino-Rack Pioneer Platform. I'll toss up an image of that platform, that is sold separately. You can purchase that here at etrailer.com, a couple of different sizes available.
Now, again, it will install really quick and easy with the included new patented Zwifloc channel nuts. That's right, they call it Zwifloc with a Z. So when this guy's installed, it simply spins. You can kind of see that Z shape going on there, and it's a very simple install. Like I said, these just get put down into the channel, put it over the handle, put the bolt through, tighten it down, and that will spin and lock it in place.
So a very simple install, very nice. You don't have to worry about moving other accessories and that kind of stuff. You can pretty much put these anywhere in those channels. Now, you do have all the hardware and the two handles included. These guys are seven inches long overall side to side.
The mounting holes center to center is five and a half inches. They are one and one quarter inch wide, and what I'm calling the usable space, right in here where the arch is, from there to there, is four inches. So that's gonna give you a nice handle area to hold on while you're getting up there, maybe possibly use this as a tie down. Depends on what your mind will let you think of, you can probably do it.
