Hi there. I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Today, we're gonna take a quick look at this replacement stainless steel bushing for weld-on hinges. This hinge bushing is going to be 10 millimeters in outside diameter and six millimeters in inside diameter. It's right about two millimeters in thickness there. So it is going to be very, very small, but it will work to replace the bushing for your weld-on hinges.
I've got a 2 3/8-inch long weld-on aluminum hinge here. You can see when I take off that bushing, it is going to be an exact replacement, so we can put this one on in its place, and it's going to do a great job of allowing that smooth movement of our hinge. So if you are looking for a replacement bushing for your six-millimeter pin on a weld-on hinge, this is gonna be a great option for you. That stainless steel construction is, of course, going to make sure that it is going to be very rust and corrosion-resistant, so it should hold up really well for you, make sure that your hinge is working operational again.
