Hi everybody, Andy here with etrailer.com. And today we're gonna take a look at these Bestop Element rear door panels. Now these panels are designed to fit your 2020 and newer Jeep Gladiator, your 2018 Jeep JL Wrangler Unlimited, your 2019 and newer Jeep Wrangler Unlimited, and finally your 2021 and newer Jeep Wrangler 4XE. These half door panels are designed to fit your HighRock 4x4 Element tube rear doors without any drilling or modification. And really this is going to be a great and affordable way to get lower steel half doors for your Jeep. These steel panels will protect you from road debris on and off-road, and the black powder coat is paintable to match the color of your Jeep.
Now these are going to be a very easy install. Everything that you are going to need to install these are going to be included when you receive these panels. You'll just need to provide the tools, and the instructions will let you know what tools you'll need to successfully install these. Now as you saw, I flipped our driver's side rear panel over and I want to give you a close up look of this panel. And I just want to go over the steps of installation real briefly just to show you how easy these can be to install.
So you're going to begin by cutting the included foam tape to fit the hooks on the panels here, and then you will peel the backing off of the foam and press it firmly into the curve of each of the hooks there. And then you will remove the handle from your door frames and then you will place the hooks of the lower part of the panel onto the lower bar of your Element door frame. And I'm gonna flip this back over here. And then once you have the hooks installed, you're then going to take the included carriage bolts that you see here and put it through the panel and the plate located right here in the upper front corner of the Element doorframe. And then place one flat washer and one flange nut on the carriage bolt and simply tighten it down with the wrench.
And then once you have that completed, you're going to then reinstall your door handles. Finally, you see that this comes with a roll of seal. You're going to install that seal along the sides and the bottom of these panels. Now a great set of instructions are included. Let me grab them here real quick just in case you can't see them.
And those instructions are going to walk you in a little bit more detail step by step through the installation process than what we we're able to do here today. But again, this is really going to be an easy install for you, a simple install. It shouldn't take up a whole lot of time. And again, these are for your rear doors, but we do also carry the front door option as well. So if you are interested in taking a look at those front door panels on your screen, I am including our item number for those front door panels. And you can just take that item number and put it in the search field of our website and it will take you to those front door panels. So if you're looking to turn your HighRock 4x4 Element open tube doors into solid lower half doors for added protection against road debris, this is going to be exactly what you need. Well, that's gonna conclude our look today. I do hope that it was helpful for you. Again, my name is Andy. Thank you for joining me.
