Hi everybody, Andy here with etrailer.com. And today we're gonna take a quick look at this Firestone half gallon air tank. Now, this is going to provide a compressed air source for an air helper spring system allowing for faster inflation of your air springs. And as I mentioned, this tank is going to hold half gallon of compressed air. And as you already saw, this does include two 1/4 inch NPT ports and this operates at up to 150 PSI of maximum pressure and it is SAE J10 compliant. This steel tank with brass fittings will resist corrosion with an internal and external enamel coating.
So just some overall dimensions, see if I can line this up for you, measuring from end of port to end of port, we're sitting right at about 7-5/8 inches long. And the diameter as you can see is six inches and the overall height pretty close to about 6-1/2 inches tall. And then in case you we're wondering, those mounting holes center to center at the bottom here, we're sitting right at about 4-1/4 inches center to center. Shipped the same day I placed my order aiding in my tight deadline for a project.
Product arrived in good condition, there are a couple spots where the welds may not have full penetration however this tank is only rated to 150 psi.
I would use the services of etrailer.com again.
