Jeff Hello, everybody. This is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today, we're gonna take a look at this replacement clevis pin for the Blaylock EZ lock trailer coupler locks. Now, this pin is designed to fit the Blaylock EZ lock trailer coupler locks. I happen to pull one of those part numbers that it's fits on. And you can see it's the pin that slides through there.
And then, gets locked into place to keep the coupler from coming off the lock. This will work with the Blaylock part numbers BLTL-33, BLTL-50, BLTL-55, and the BLTL-53-40D2, and the BLTL-57-40D2. This is for a quantity of one replacement clevis pin. This pin is a hardened steel construction. And as we've mentioned, it is designed to install through two holes that are located on the sides of the Blaylock EZ lock trailer coupler.
And then, it has the hole here, it's a 3/8 inch size hole that is designed for a padlock to go through and lock it into place. And again, this pin will prevent a coupler from being removed from this EZ lock. So, just to give you an idea here, none of the locks that will go on there. They put your coupler on there. And then, if you put your pin through there, and then put your lock padlock through there, you can see that even if the coupler's released, it can't be removed from the lock.
Now, this part number is just for the replacement pin. Few dimensions on this, the diameter of this pin is 3/4 of an inch. Total length from one end to the other is right at 7 1/2 inches. Usable length which would be from under the head right here to the end is about 7 1/4 inches. And we did mention the hole diameter is 3/8 of an inch.

It was exactly what I needed.
I bought an extra pin for the Blaylock EZ Lock Trailer Coupler Lock. The way my hitch was set up allowed it to be secured by two pins, so I figured I'd make it that much harder to steal. Works as it should.
One piece of my order was received right away, but the second item was a couple weeks later. George J kept me informed with updates and I received the perfect part yesterday. The delay was not the fault of etrailer, just the result of this worlds situation.
I would recommend this company to anyone, and will use them in the future.
