Today we are going to be taking a look at Part Number CE11350. This is the CE Smith Deluxe Marine Grade carpeting. It's going to have a nice, soft velvety finish to it. That's going to a good job when it comes to replacing the worn out carpet on your trailer bunks. This is going to measure 12 feet long by 11 inches wide so it is going to work great on your standard bunks that measure 2 x 4 or 2 x 6. Again, really nice soft fabric so it is going to minimize scratches on the boat's hull. This is a durable, weather resistant material so it is going to do a good job when it comes to resisting mold and mildew. more

CE Smith Boat Trailer Parts - Roller and Bunk Parts - CE11349 Review- Video
Today we're going to be taking a look at part number CE11349. This is the CE Smith Deluxe Marine Grade Carpeting. The marine grade carpet is going to have a nice, velvety finish here on the top surface, and it's going to do a good job when it comes to replacing the worn out carpet on your trailer bunks. It's going to work great on your standard bunks, whether it's a 2 X 6 or a 3 X 8. Again, we have that nice, soft fabric, so it's going to minimize scratches on the boat's hull. Here on the bottom, it's a little bit more of a flatter surface, which is going to make for an easier installation. Dutton-Lainson Roller Bunks for Boat Trailers Review- Video
Today on our trailer, we're going to take a look at the Dutton-Lainson boat trailer, Deluxe Roller bunk, part number D-L-2-1-7-4-1, and our five foot section, part number D-L-2-1-7-4-0 for our four foot bunk. Here we are with our boat trailer in the water, and we've got the standard boards. To launch our boat, especially when you're doing it by yourself, can be difficult because you've got to push the boat off. I'm in the water and it's not very easy. But with our rollers installed, the boat simply slides off. You almost don't even need to push it in. Also, just as easy as we launch our boat into the water, it's that easy to load the boat back onto the trailer. more

CE Smith Galvanized U-Bolt Review- Video
Today we're going to take a look at the CE Smith U-bolt. This is our galvanized, 1/2" diameter u-bolt, part number CE15283GA. Our u-bolt is 3 1/16 wide x 3 13/16 long. The bolt itself is galvanized, which after it's stamped and molded it's dipped giving it 3 to 5mm fixed coating around the steel. With the galvanized protection on our bolt it's suitable for use even in salt water. It's a square design, so it's designed for the square frame to secure your bracket to your trailer. more

CE Smith Bolster and Swivel Bracket Assemblies Review CE10003G- Video
Today we're going to take a look at the CE Smith Bolster Bump Bracket. Part number CE10003G. The bracket is stamped and galvanized, giving it a 3 to 5mm coating. This makes it adaptable, even in salt water, to resist rust and corrosion. One the side that faces the trailer, it's dimpled, so that it will grip the steel of the trailer, and doesn't slide or shift around. The top bracket will swivel, allowing the roller bump to conform to the boat's haul. Another really nice feature, it only takes one U-bolt to secure to your boat trailer. The overall height of our bracket is 11 inches. more

It features durable long lasting cushion rollers to help guide your boat onto your trailer. It's made out of a galvanized steel construction and the included hardware is zinc plated so its going to resist rust and corrosion. It has a horizontal height of sixteen inches. Now that we have gone over some of the features we will go ahead and show you how to get it installed. So the first thing we need to do is go ahead and grab our mounting tube. Which is going to be this tight here and we are going to put a self taping screw here at the lower hole and right here on the other side. more

CE Smith Post-Style Guide-Ons with LED Lights Review- Video
Today on this boat trailer, we're going to show you the CE Smith post-style guidons with LED lights for boat trailers, part # CE27740. This is what the guidepost looks like once installed on a typical boat trailer. Now this is a 40" length that we're working with here and you can see we have power applied to it, has a couple lights, we have amber going towards the front, red going towards the back. This is all a sealed unit so if this goes into water, no big deal. This is all . The cap and the post, PVC construction, where it goes down to a galvanized upright that is clamped on to the frame at the bottom. Now the goalpost is a good idea to load your boat up on your trailer when most of your trailer is submerged underwater. Like I said, we're working with a 40", there's also a 60" available as well, part # CE27640. To start off our install, we're going to work with the two U-bolts right here. more

Fulton Boat Trailer Parts - Roller and Bunk Parts - FCR8008 Review- Video
Today we're going to be taking a look at part number FCR8008, this is the Fulton bunk carpeting, it's going to be marine grade weather resistant carpeting that's ideal for carpeting your trailer bunks. The carpet is designed to protect your boat by reducing scratching on the hull and it's going to keep it in like new condition as you load and unload your boat. The carpeting is designed to replace your old, worn, dirty carpeting. The material is very good quality, it's nice, strong, very durable, and it's very flexible so it's very easy to work with when you're ready to install it and attach it to your bunk boards. When it comes to the actual installation, the carpet is typically stapled or glued into place on the bunk boards, when using staples you want to make sure that you shoot them into the underside of the bunk board so that way the boat won't be scratched by those staples. A combination of outdoor carpet adhesive and stainless steel staples would be a great option as far as installation materials and get the job done very well. The carpeting is going to be black in color and it's going to measure 8" wide, so from edge to edge we're going to have 8" and they're going to have a total length of 144" per roll, which is going to be 12' long. That's going to do it for our look at part number FCR8008, this is the Fulton bunk carpeting.. more

CE Smith Post Style Boat Trailer Guide Ons Review CE27620- Video
Today we're going to be taking a look at and installing the 40 inch CE Smith Post-Style Guide-Ons for Boat Trailers, part number CE27620. Guide posts make it easy to load your boat onto your trailer and back your trailer down the ramp. They provide a visual target to center the boat between during loading. They adjust out as far as 13 inches to accommodate a wide variety of boat sizes. The up-rights are made out of a 16 gauge pre-galvanized steel that can rust and corrode so it's recommended that you paint or prime them. With the PVC pipe on, the up-rights measure 40 inches. Now that we've gone over some features, I'll go ahead and show you how to get it installed. more

Today we're going to take a look at and show you how to install the CE Smith Post-Style Guide-Ons with LED Lights for Boat Trailers. These are the 60" tall version. Part number is CE27760. Now let's test them out. We'll just supply power to our trailer through our running light circuit and see if they work. Perfect. Erickson Boat Trailer Parts - Tie Down - EM53816 Review- Video
Today we're going to be taking a look at part number EM53816, this is the Erickson U-bolt eye tie down anchor for boat transom or your bow. The sturdy U-bolt anchor is going to add or replace a tie down point on your boats transom or bow. It's made from a stainless steel construction so it's going to be ideal for marine applications, stainless steel resists rust and corrosion extremely well. It's going to include the U-bolt the mounting brackets and the nuts that are necessary for full installation. We're going to take a few moments just to go over the dimensions of the U-bolt, just measuring outside edge to outside edge. That's going to give us a measurement of one and three quarters of an inch. Overall length from edge to edge, that's going to give us a length of five inches. more

Today we're going to be taking a look at part number DL21732. This is the Dutton Lainson Boat Trailer Rubber Y Stop. A few measurements to go over with you real quick, this portion back here is going to be a square design. It's going to give us a measurement of three inches by three inches, and this is made from a solid high-grade rubber, so it's going to protect the bow of your boat as you have this mounted, and you bring your boat onto your trailer. This is just that bow stop, also known as a Y stop because of its shape. So that's just going to caress the bow of your boat, and again, the rubber construction is going to make sure that it doesn't cause any harm or damage to the finish or surface of your boat. Fulton Marine Grade Carpeting Installation- Video
Today on our boat trailer, we're going to be installing the Fulton Marine Grade Carpeting, 8 inches wide by 144 inches long. Part number FCR8008. To begin our install, we'll remove the older manufacturers bumps with the old carpeting. Then we'll go ahead and show you how to install the carpeting on new wood. To remove it, we'll just pull out the fasteners that secure it through the steel and into the wood. We do recommend that you use new fasteners because over time they'll rust out. Go ahead and take a roll of our carpeting and cut it to length. more

CE Smith Keel Rollers Adjustable Mounting Brackets Installation- Video
Today on our Jon boat trailer we're going to be installing the CE Smith Adjustable Mounting Bracket for Keel Rollers part number CE32004G. Now for the roller that we'll be installing on this bracket it's a yates keel roller for boat trailers part number YR5244-105EC. We'll go ahead and begin by what the bracket looks like itself. Here's the bracket, here's what you get in the kit. Now you will need to supply the three ACE hardware for these holes that are adjustable for the different size tongues on your trailer. Depending on your exact trailer you can adjust to its different heights. Now these are a three ACE bolt and then for the keel roller itself this accepts a five ACE bolt or a five ACE keel roller. more

CE Boat Trailer Rollers Panel Bracket Installation- Video
Today on our Jon boat trailer, we are going to be installing the C.E. Smith bracket for boat trailer rollers out of galvanized steel, part number CE10301G. In addition to the bracket, we are also going to be installing a Yates Keel roller for boat trailers, part number YR5244-105EC. Here is the bracket that we are going to be installing here on our boat trailer. We are going to be installing it here on this cross member and on our particular trailer, there is already actually a couple of holes already drilled in the trailer that line up with these adjustment slots here. It does have the 5/8" hole drilled in the upper part of the bracket that allows for a roller such as one like this. Slide it into place and you will need to supply your own hardware to attach the bracket to your boat trailer, as well as to attach the roller to the bracket. I will go ahead and pick our bracket here. Go ahead and line it up. more
