When Folded Down, Distance from Hitch Pin Hole to Edge of Curt Aluminum Cargo Carrier # C18100
Question:
What is the distance from the pin hole to the edge of the carrier when folded down. I plan to use on the back of my camper and I have to clear the spare tire and would prefer not to use a hitch extension if possible which will reduce the tongue weight. Thank You.

When folded down, the distance from the hitch pin hole to the edge of the 19x60 Curt Cargo Carrier, # C18100, measures about 8 inches.
Please keep in mind that since you plan to use this carrier on the back of your camper, you will experience significantly more bounce from the carrier as well as decreased ground clearance of your camper.
Just a reminder, you will want to ensure that you aren't exceeding the weight limitations of any component in your towing setup. This would include the camper, the hitch, and the cargo carrier.
