Transmission coolers are universal fit items, so as long as you have the space for it in front of your radiator, it will fit.
Vehicles equipped with towing packages will have transmission coolers built into the radiator. A 2004 Dodge Ram 2500/3500 will have a factory trans cooler. It may be sufficient for lighter loads or infrequent towing.
Since this is a camper, I assume you will be towing through most of the summer. In that case, I would probably add an aftermarket transmission cooler. 10K is not going to be overworking a diesel pickup, but it is not a light load either. Diesel motors last a long time and adding a transmission cooler will help your transmission last longer.
This particular cooler measures 12 inches tall, by 11 inches wide and is 7/8 of an inch thick. Just check your truck and make sure you have enough space in front of your radiator to mount the cooler.
In case you are planning on installing this yourself, I have added a link to a video of a smaller cooler in the same product line being installed on a small SUV. Though the part and vehicle are not the same, it will give you an idea of how the cooler installs.
I attached a couple FAQ articles on transmission coolers for you to check out also.
