One option for an RV hitch on your 1990 Mini Winnie RV is the Curt Adjustable Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13701. This hitch is designed to fit RVs with frames 18 inches to 51 inches wide. The brackets are designed to be able to install the hitch on box frames, C-channel frames, or I-beam frames. To install the hitch, you will either want to bolt or weld it on to the motor home's frame.
For a cargo carrier that is confirmed for use behind a RV, travel trailer, or motor home you can use the Stromberg Carlson Cargo Carrier # CC-100. This carrier measures 23 inches x 60 inches and has a weight capacity of up to 500 pounds. I've attached a review video of this carrier for you.
