From my research I found that the towing capacity for your 2013 Dodge Dart Rallye has a maximum towing capacity of 1,000 lbs. This would be the weight of any trailer you attach added to the weight of the cargo on the trailer.
The hitch I recommend is the Curt Trailer hitch, part # C11281. This is a Class l hitch and has a 1-1/4 inch receiver opening.
The ball mount I recommend is the Draw-Tite Ball Mount, part # 3592. This fits 1-1/4 inch receivers and uses hitch balls with a 3/4 inch diameter shank. This ball mount has either a 2-1/8 inch rise or 2-3/4 inch drop and includes the pin and clip.
The ball I recommend is part # 19258. This is a 2 inch hitch ball with a 3/4 inch diameter shank.
If you need trailer wiring for your Dart, I recommend part # C56179. This will require some splicing and will connect to your battery.
When working with electrical connectors I recommend using dielectric grease like part # 11755. This keeps dirt and moisture out of the electrical connections and helps prevent corrosion.
I have attached some installation and product review videos for some of the products I recommended you can check out.
