Will Thule Snow Tire Chain # TH2004205104 Fit a 2015 Subaru Forester with P225/60R-17 Tires

Just checking that nothings changed from 2014 so these should work on my P225/60R-17 tires? Thanks.

The snow tire chains you referenced, Thule's low-profile diamond-pattern D-link # TH2004205104, do fit your P225/60R-17 tire size.
You will want to take a look at the owner's manual for your 2015 Forester to see if there are any restrictions or guidelines for use of tire chains. Many passenger vehicles are limited to use of a special low-profile S-Class type chain, such as these from Thule, which will fit within the wheel wells without interfering with brake components or other vehicle structures.
I was able to find an online version of the 2015 Forester owner's manual and in section 8-11 it indicates (BOTH!) that tire chains cannot be used and also that S-Class chains can be used on the front wheels only. Since this is ambiguous at best, I suggest you refer to your printed manual or speak to your local dealership for clarification.
If your Forester can use S-Class chains then the Thule chains are a fine choice. Do please note that these are rated for on-road use only. Also note that all tire chains require reduced driving speeds. If driving conditions merit tire chains, then they also merit caution and a prudent driving speed typically not exceeding 35-40 mph maximum.
