On the 2007 Ford Escape, a converter must be used so you will not be able to use Draw Tite Tow Package Wiring Harness with 4 Pole Trailer Connector # 118251, which you reference.

We do, however, offer a custom fit harness, part # 118426, that converts the 4 wire system on the vehicle to a 3 wire system for the trailer. This harness also includes a power line that attaches directly to the vehicle battery. This allows the converter to power the trailer lights with a direct battery feed, rather than drawing power from the Escape tail lights which can be a problem in the event of a short circuit.
