Pollak 7- and 4-Pole Trailer Connector Socket # HM40975 is just the socket and the mounting bracket. The wiring harness is sold separately, # PK11998. It plugs right into the back of the socket but the other end has to be hardwired in.
The wire functions are as follows:
Red is left turn/brake lights
White is ground
Blue is output to electric brakes
Green is right turn/brake lights
Black is 12 volt power
Brown is running lights
Yellow is reverse lights
