12x2 Trailer Brake Assembly Recommendation with 5 Lug Mounting Pattern
Question:
I need backing plates with a 3.50in hub top bolts 3 1/8th on center bottom 2 5/8 and top to bottom 3 3/8

Sounds like you could need the brake assembly part # 23-105 for the driver side and the part # 23-106 for the passenger side. I attached a picture that shows the dimensions of it's bolt pattern. I think you measured in different locations so this one could potentially work.
