I am looking at your Kenda 5.70-8 Bias Trailer Tire with 8inch White Wheel - 4 on 4 - Load Range C for a replacement for my trailer My rims have a 2.75 center hole 4 hole 4inch center to center across and 2.75 center to center next to each other. the tires are a duro 5.70-8 load range c My hubs are 2.5inch

All of our 8 inch wheels have a 2.5 inch pilot hole diameter. To determine if they will work on your hubs, you will want to measure the base of the hub bore with a precise measuring tool such as a dial caliper. If the base of the hub bore has an outer diameter that is slightly less than 2.5 inches, then the Kenda Tire and Wheel Combo, # AM30120, will fit. If the outer diameter is exactly 2.5 inches or more, then this wheel will not fit.

Yes, if the pilot diameter of your wheel is larger than the center of the hub then the lug nuts/studs are what is holding the weight of your trailer.
