Adjustable RV Hitch And Hitch Reducer For RV

Question:

The adjustable length RV hitch..does it come in a 1 1/4 as well as a 2? I need one that will adjust to 62. Thanks

The adjustable RV hitches we offer have 2 inch receiver openings, but I do have a solution for you.

I recommend the Curt Adjustable Width Trailer Hitch Receiver, part # 13703. This universal hitch has brackets that will fit frames from 22 inches up to 72 inches wide and can be used on various frames like box, c-channel, or I-beam frames, and comes with a limited lifetime warranty. I have attached an installation video for this hitch you can check out.

I also recommend a hitch reducer like the BROPHY Hitch Reducer, part # HT02. This will transform your 2 inch receiver into a 1-1/4 inch, and comes with a 1/2 inch hitch pin. Using this reducer will not reduce the weight capacity of your trailer hitch. I have attached a video that shows this reducer installed.
