Removing Air Dam to Install Draw-Tite # 65049 Front Mounted Receiver Hitch on 2012 Ford F350
Question:
On your front trailer mount for a 2012 Ford 350, does the front skirt have to off to install? Is there a U Tube installation guide? Thank you.

To install the Draw-Tite # 65049 on your 2012 F350, the front air dam under the bumper does indeed need to be removed temporarily. Once the hitch is in place, a hole is cut in the air dam that allows the receiver opening to pass through, then the air dam is replaced.
I've linked you to a video showing the hitch being installed on a 2012 F250. The procedure on your F350 would be very similar.
