One Electric Trailer Brake Assembly Drags When Brakes Are Applied on Tandem Axle Trailer

I have a 2 axle trailer the front axel left wheel drags when brakes are applied?

If one of your tandem-axle trailer's four electric brake assemblies is dragging, but the three other brakes are functioning properly, you can check the malfunctioning unit for proper adjustment if it is an adjustable type. If it is not an adjustable brake assembly you can still inspect it to ensure there is no obvious physical damage to any of the mechanical components (pads, linkages, springs or magnet) that could be causing it to drag.
You can also use a multimeter to test it for proper magnet function. I have linked an article that covers the testing process in detail. The article also includes a table of the correct amperage readings you should detect when you test. Please note these readings will vary depending on the size of the brake on your trailer.
