Unfortunately Terry, we have not performed an installation for 4-Way # C59236 wiring on a 2011 Mercedes E 350 wagon in our shop to get the colors of the wires necessary to tap into. While you may be able to get a local dealer to look up the wiring diagram for your specific vehicle it usually is faster to simply use a Test Light # PTW2993 on your vehicle to find the correct wires for the turn signals, running light and brake lights. Since there are usually only a few wires going into each tail light it typically does not take long to find the correct wire especially if you have a 2nd person to activate the different functions while you are checking the wires.
