I recommend the Curt Class III Receiver Hitch, # 13364, for your 2008 Chrysler Town and Country Stow and Go. This 2 inch hitch has a maximum trailer weight capacity of 4,000 pounds and tongue weight capacity of 400 pounds and mounts directly to the frame with no welding required.
If you plan to tow and need wiring to operate lights on a trailer, the Tekonsha Wiring Harness, # 118552, can be plugged directly into your vehicle's factory connectors with no cutting or splicing needed.
We also offer the Ball Mount, # 2753, 2 inch Hitch Ball, # 63845, or the 1-7/8 inch Hitch Ball, # 19260, to get you ready for towing.
I have attached a video which might be helpful.
