Question:
I have a 2021 Ford f-150 4 wheel drive XL. It has a plug on the rear bumper when I open the flap it looks like a key slot? Not a 4 wire or a 7 plug. what do I need to connect?

Hello Leslie. I am happy to look into this. Can you possibly email me a picture of this plug on the rear bumper of your truck. I am not familiar with a "key slot" shaped plug, so if I can see it this will really help. My email address is jesse.morton@etrailer.com.
Also, is your truck currently equipped with any kind of trailer plug? Are you needing to set it up with a 4-way or a 7-way? or both? Let me know.
