Carrying Generator Trailer Without Bumper & Tongue Weight Issues
Question:
Hello, We are looking for a way to carry our Cummins generator on our trailer, but there are two problems. First, the trailer does not have a rear bumper. And second, we already have an issue with tongue weight. Could you suggest another option? Thanks, Bill

Hi Bill; thanks for the question and I'll just be straight with you - with no bumper and tongue weight issues already the only way to do this is with a frame-mounted hitch and cargo carrier. That's really it, and you'll need the following:
- Adjustable Width Trailer Hitch Receiver for RVs # C13704
This will work with RV frames from 22" to 66" which is most but you'll want to verify. Then you'll need a cargo carrier like # C18150 with hitch lock # e98880
