Is There A 12v Power Converter Built Into The Atwood Air Command RV AC Systems
Question:
2012 Greystone 33CK with an atwood air commander 13.5k non ducted AC. I have no 12v to the thermostat and cannot find out where the 12v supply is for the thermostat or control board. Does the control board convert AC to DC for this?

Atwood Air Command AC systems do have a 12v converter in them but I couldn't say exactly where the converter would be positioned in the rooftop unit. You'd have to see most likely if you follow the bundle of wiring coming from the unit back you'll be able to rule out wires until you find the converter.
Unless you find just some damage to the wire or a loose connection that's fixable you most likely are looking at having to replace the entire system with one like the Furrion Chill HE RV Air Conditioner System # FR55PV since replacement parts are pretty much non-existent at this point for Atwood products.
