The Kenda K371 Load Range B Bias Trailer Tire # AM10002 that you referenced does not require an inner tube. It is not recommended to use a tube with a bias-ply trailer tire due to the resulting heat build-up that could cause tire damage.
This Kenda trailer tire exceeds DOT specifications, has a maximum load rating of 590-lbs at 60 psi inflation and fits rims that measure 8 x 3-3/4-inches. When fully inflated this tire will have an overall diameter of just over 16-inches. This and all trailer tires should always be inflated to their maximum psi pressure rating as indicated on the tire sidewall; in this case a cold pressure of 60-psi.
For reference I have linked a helpful article on trailer tires that includes lots of useful information.
