Troubleshooting Lippert Ground Control System Where Jacks Are Retracted but System Says they Aren't

Question:

Troubleshooting Leveling System Where Jacks Indicate Down on Panel When Jacks are Retracted Up I have the lippert one control 4 point leveling system. This question was asked by someone else but I dont have hoses going to my jacks. I have electric motors. The touch panel wont clear jack fault errors and info screen shows jacks are extended when they are not. I have manually extended and retracted all jacks and tried to clear fault error codes as I have always done but this time the screen freezes and I have to back out in order for screen to function again. I used to be able to just clear the fault error by following on screen instructions but will not work now. I have 2020 Rockwood signature ultralight travel trailer model 8332SB

Yeah that is frustrating. It sounds like the module maybe needs to be reset. Try cutting all power to it and then powering it back on and see if that helps. If that does not fix the problem it would be time for a new module with the part # LC304136 that you referenced.
