Yes, the Convert-A-Ball Cushioned 5th-Wheel-to-Gooseneck Adapter # CAB-C5GX1216 can be used with a lifted truck. You still want to ensure your 5th wheel is riding as level as possible with at least 6" between the underside of the 5th wheel and the top of your bed rails. This may require using a Lift Kit # RR23QX to raise the suspension on your 5th wheel and keep it level. If you need help identifying the correct lift kit please let me know what 5th wheel trailer you have.
