Using a Curt Mounting Bracket # C57202 you will be able to attach the Pollak Mounting Bracket # PK12711U to the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e98840 for your 2021 Honda Pilot EX-L. This will require putting a bend in the Curt Bracket # C57202 since the receiver has a hidden cross tube.

Another option is to use a Curt Bracket # C58000 which attaches to the end of the receiver. This will not require any modification and bolts directly to the receiver.
