Recommended Sway Control Bracket for the Reese Friction Sway Control Kit
Question:
In the item description it says, sway-control bracket sold separately. Is this item needed to install and operate the sway bar? If so, what is the part number for the sway-control bracket that is noted in the description? Thanks!

Yes, the Reese Friction Sway Control Kit # 83660 does require the sway control bracket # RP26003 in order to connect the sway bar control bar to the ball mount.
This bracket will work with 2" hitch balls (class III or IV), has a ball hole diameter of 1", and a plate thickness of 3/8".
