Recommended Hitch for a 2023 Nissan Rogue

I purchased Nissan Rogue Platinum 2023 and would like to install a trailer hitch. Will this interfere with the kick sensor for the tail gate.

Congrats on the new car. We haven't heard about any issues with the kick sensor for the rear hatch being affected by the etrailer Hitch item # e93ZR. Typically what happens is you lose the ability to use the kick feature right around the 2" receiver. You'll need to move to the left or right of it.
The etrailer Hitch item # e93ZR is confirmed to fit your 2023 Nissan Rogue Platinum. It is custom fit and bolts to your Nissan with included hardware. I have attached an installation video below.
If you are planning on towing you will also need a wiring harness item # C44ER and a ball mount kit item # C45534.
I also recommend using the No-Drill Mount Bracket item # 18136 and the item # C42CR to secure the 4-way connector to your hitch. This will put it in an easy to reach spot and prevent the risk of it falling onto the road.
