I have a 26 ft dual axle travel trailer, dexter dual axle 3500l LB. which brake electric assembly do I need? and part #?

Since you have a Dexter 3,500 lb axle the assembly set part # 23-26-27 that you referenced would fit and work great. These are manual adjust brakes though so if you didn't want to ever have to think about adjusting assemblies I would go with the self-adjusting set part # 23-468-469.

The Dexter hub you have is actually an 8-247 hub like the part #8-247-50UC3-EZ which would be the correct hub drum. Then for brake assemblies you'd want the part #23-468-469.
