The best thing you can use when towing a camping trailer with your 2021 GMC Sierra 1500 Denali is a weight distribution hitch. A weight distribution hitch works by transferring some of the weight which would only be on your rear suspension to the front suspension. This will help to reduce rear sag and prevent the light steering feel you get. Rear suspension enhancement such as air springs only reduce rear sag and does not transfer weight to the front of the suspension. A weight distribution hitch can also help to prevent trailer sway. Personally I feel the Equal-i-zer Weight Distribution System is going to be the best system to use. It has been around for several years and continues to be the system everyone else is trying to compete with. You will need to select the correct hitch based on the weight of your trailer.
