Recommended 175/80D13 Tire and Wheel w/ 4 on 4" Bolt Pattern For 4' x 8' Trailer

Question:

Hi, I just bought a Northern Tool Ironton Trailer, 4x8 folding, 1170-lbs. It has 12 55mph 4-on-4 wheels on it. I will be towing a motorcycle with it. I am trying to get the highest speed rated and safest tires 13 and Kenda w/ steel rims. You offer 3 different ones, , I cant tell what the differences are. Can you please advise me on which tire/wheel assembly I should buy? The tire that can take the most heat, and least likely to fail or blowout? Thank you very much.

Most of the differences in the tire/wheel combinations you were looking at come down to the wheel.

Out of the available options I recommend going with the # AM3S120 as the tire it comes with is rated to 81 MPH which'll be perfect for highway trips, and you won't have to worry about blow outs or other issues.

This shares the same 4 on 4" bolt pattern as your current wheel/hub, so it'll be a direct replacement.

It'll be a tad larger than what you have now, but is close enough in overall size to not have clearance issues.

I included a video of the # AM3S120 for you to take a look at.
