Will The Curt 7-Way Vehicle Wiring Harness Fit 2022 Hyundai Santa Cruz Without Factory 7-Way?

I have a 2022 Hyundai Santa Cruz that DOES NOT appear to have the factory trailer package. Will this Curt 7-way kit work on my vehicle? Thank you

You will need to check for the factory trailer wiring connector on your 2022 Hyundai Santa Cruz to determine if you will be able to use the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness # C68JR. Just because your Santa Cruz did not come from the factory with a receiver and wiring does not mean the factory wiring is not there. I have linked an installation video for the 4-Way # CU94FR below as it also ties into the factory connector.

If you do not have the factory connector then you will be able to use the Universal Wiring Harness # 22551 to install a 7-way. This will allow you to tap into the wiring and includes fuses and circuit breakers as well to install a Prodigy P3 Trailer Brake Controller # 90195.

If you are in need of a receiver I recommend the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C23WR. This receiver is made in the USA and has a hidden cross tube to give you a clean, factory appearance.
