We do offer the Replacement Adjustment Pin and Clip # BWTS35010 for your B&W Tow & Stow 2-Ball Mount # BWTS20040B. The clip is 0.148" in diameter and made from steel. I recommend replacing the pins and clips with the InfiniteRule Locking Pins # 34061775-D. This will allow you to secure the hitch and its parts to your vehicle and not have to worry about losing the small clips again.
