If you are changing from the Lippert to the Dexter #11 to try and increase the weight capacity you will want to contact the manufacturer of your 2018 Little Guy Max to verify the chassis can support additional weight. While we do not carry torsion axle you will need the Dexter Torflex #11 Axle Side-Mount Frame Installation Hardware Kit # DX57FR to mount the new axle. You can either add structural steel between the mount and your frame to get the lift you want or we have the Torflex Lift Kit # K71-724-02 which is designed to lift the #11 tandem axles 2-7/8". These spacers are only offered as a tandem axle kit so you will only be able to use half the kit. When you order the axle you can have it outfitted with the 6 lug hub and brakes.

For the wheels and tires, by going to a Kenda Karrier ST235/80R16 Radial Trailer Tire with 16" Black Mod Wheel # AM34834 will create a very stiff ride for your trailer. As each tire is rated for 3,500lbs the tires will tend to bounce more than absorb any road shock. You may consider the Westlake ST235/75R15 Off-Road Tire w/ 15" Liger Aluminum Wheel # LH46FR as they are only rated for 2,910lbs per tire allowing for more shock absorption for the tires.
