Snow Chain Recommendation for a 2012 Mazda 3 Hatch

I live in Ozark Mtns NW AR and experiencing more frequent ice and snow. Tired of being trapped so I am considering the cb12s for my 2012 Mazda 3 hatch 205-55-16 tires but wondering how much strength is needed to pull tension cable in final step. It looks like a rubber strap with hook on end. Im not very strong in hands or arms and am worried will not be able to connect or disconnect. Can you provide guidance re pounds needed to pull? What is return policy if I find I cant handle these? Also how badly will they scratch wheels? Would only be driving maybe 10 miles out and back for groceries etc. Thanks!

Its hard to say exactly how much force would need to be exerted to get the rubber tensioner on the Thule Snow Chains # TH01221090. But judging off how most of the install videos we have for this product show the installer only using one hand to stretch the tensioner I would assume its not very difficult at all.

These chains do not offer rim protection so you might see some light scratching of your wheels.

Lastly, you will want to consult the owners manual of your vehicle to determine if there are any restrictions on running snow chains with your vehicle.
