You will need to have a custom front hitch fabricated for your 2007 Chevrolet Suburban 2500. A Curt Weld-On 2" Receiver # E17 will allow you to have a custom receiver fabricated at a nearby fabrication shop. The Curt # C31012 receiver you found will only fit on the 1500 Suburban and there are currently no custom fit receivers for your 2500.
With a receiver positioned where your license plate currently sits you will need a License Plate Relocation Bracket # 5443 to use with your custom fit receiver.
